Panch Sheel Policy, every society shall adopt the five policies every year.

  1. Annual Member List
  2. Declaration of functioning
  3. Receipts and expenditure account
  4. Balance Sheet
  5. Auditors report.

Crucial items and due dates for presentation /filing /issues  / convening.

  1. Memorandum, Bye-Laws – Sec 4(1) Within 3 months from formation
  2. Registered Office or Change of Address Rule 15 Within 3 months from registration or within 3 months from change of address
  3. First Member List On registration within 1 month of registration
  4. Change of Members/Committee – Within 3 months of date of change
  5. Five Annual Reports, Sec 16(3) (b) within 3 months from General Body Meeting
  6. General Body Notice Sec 26(2) Rule 25, at least 21 days before General Body Meeting.
  7. Special Resolution , Within 3 months from passing in GB.
  8. Convening Extraordinary meeting, Sec 28, Rule 27, Within 1 month from requisition
  9. Mortgage/Charge Sec 31 (1) within 1 month of creation
  10. Acquisition of property subject to mortgage /charge Sec 32(2) Within 1 month of acquisition
  11. Reply to Deputy Registrar show cause notice by society. Sec 44(2) Rule 37(1) Within 1 month of dispatch
  12. First Gazette Notification Sec 44 (2) Rule 37(2) on after 1 month of dispatch
  13. Final Gazette Notification Sec 44 (4) Rule 37(2) on expiry of 3 months from First Notice
  14. Appeal for Restoration Sec 44(5) Rule 37 (3) Within 1 year from the above Gazette publication
  15. Appeal to Court Sec 44(6) Within 2 months of Receipt of order of IGR /Govt.
  16. Appeal against refusal to Register, cancellation, order of cost order of Liquidator.  Sec 45 (1) (2) Rule 38 Within 2 months from date of order
  17. Rectification of errors and re-submission of documents Rule 50 within 1 month from the Date of return.

Under Section 49 and Rule 48 a delay of 3 months may be condoned by the Registrar for registration, Section 4(1) (2), Registered office notice, section 13(1) Register of Members, Committee, Section 15 (2) Annual returns, Section 16(3) and for filing special resolution, section 27.
