Samacheer books have taken lot of time to get into the hands of Tamilnadu students, even now many school children are refering internet to browse the Books and study from the downloaded files. After successful subscriptions of Thirukkural & Aatchichoodi iPhone apps. I did not find any demanding  app related to Tamil. Few of them I was scratching down was Tamil based keypad app & Rajini Biography app. However end usage of those application did not surprise me.

So I came up with idea to create  the same pdf books, freely available at Tamilnadu education department website. To make those book navigation more friendly and as a dedicated app for iPad users. There is a strong demand from tamil teachers living abroad. Specially from Singapore. The Singapore government very keen to create interactive education apps for Tamil language.

The future  teaching methods are going to be more interactive. I hope these free apps set an initiation for education departments to think of creating interactive education apps, specially the iPad apps.

As of now, I have limited to  Tamil language books till 5th standard. All are individual apps & it is free.
