It was a 15 days of hardwork & efforts to learn the Xcode & Cocoa development platform for iPhone,
we have developed a light weight application, for the year 2009 as a Day calendar.
But it took about 20 days to get Approved from the apple testing team as we had to resubmit the application
once due to some Human Interface Guidelines requirement & the account setup process at Apple iTunes.

2009 day calendar is an Indian Standard Time calendar, gives users an easy and categorized navigation to a l
ist of holidays by religion & important occasions. It covers Hindu, Muslim , Christian festival days, Gazetted
government holidays, Muhurath Days, Fullmoon days and New-moon days (Amavasya days). A special timings
which are most referred by Indians namely the Raghukalam and Yemagandam timings are given for all week days.
Though most users know about these timings, for many users it is difficult to remember especially Raghukalam
timing other than Monday (7.30 AM-9.00 AM) and Sunday (4.30AM-6.00AM). This application gives an easy
