Creating a blog is so easy as getting passed in 1st standard, regular update of blog is as same something as, writing out an entrance examination.

I mean creative and thougtful blogging(I dont mean creative copy and paste) requires determination and time to do that.

Blog server's like MSN space & blogspot gives free space to blog , owning a own server/blog domain gives more pride & determination to update regularly.
