Since there was not even courtesy response from Myntra.com, I took a chance of reporting the bad quality of iD Sandals. Written a quality issue to M & B footwear Pvt ltd, Customer support manager Mr.Aftab Ahmad care@mbfootwear.com. They shown interest to rectifiy the quality issue. I have sent it by courier pretty costly these days. However, I thought the qulity issue report would change the quality policy at M & B footwear. After 2 weeks, the sandals are neetly serviced and sent back at own courier cost of M&B Footwear.

First Experience with Myntra: –
Except books, I never did any online shopping for footwear, consumer and apparel products, recently I have tried to click few of myntra ad promotions in Facebook. The interface of myntra.com is good, the shopping experience as well. But it is totally disappointing to see the quality of the products those are delivered. I was looking Reebok sandal’s, but understood that Reebok model are limited now, propably Adidas is promoting own products after the take over.
I was looking for some speficic type of sandal’s finally, I found iD footwear sandals were little attraction and design was upto my expectation. So I did purchase iD sandal model, ID MEN BLACK & RED SANDALS. the delivery was quick, with return documents in case size doesn’t fit. Within 2 days of use, i found the sandals straps got peeled from the sandal base/sole. the gum pasted between sandals and base got completely peeled off, on both side of sandals.
i have tried to take suggestion from myntra support team about service or replacement. but not even a acknowledgement response.
I also got same kind of feedback from other colleagues in my office, which i thought will post it here as review, we don’t find any option to do myntra review, within shopping site.
i suggest, avoid online shopping of footwear, apparels and any other consumer products. better visit the showrooms and see for quality and have satisfaction, worth for the money you pay.
ID sandals review, ID MEN BLACK & RED SANDALS
so what happened finally ? have they replaced it yet or they did not agree to..i personally have been shopping at Myntra and just bought a pair of shoes, but after reading your reviews now am worried now…
so far..no response. since it was used for a day. Return policy may not help us. enough!

I have the same thoughts on that, too. I prefer buying from physical stores rather than online unless the site is one of those famous brand stores. I prefer those because the items are definitely insured or something. I do feel bad for you about those companies you’ve emailed yet have not responded. They certainly have a lousy service.
Sorry for the huge review, but I’m really loving what I see and your visions are extraordinary.
Reading this, I felt 2 things-
1. Actual fault from the product perspective is ID’s not Myntra
2. But since Myntra is spoiling the mood of the customer by not replacing the product, they are partly at fault.
