Few months back, I had a wonderful opportunity to visit Advesa trust run libraries in north Chennai. Interactions with those below 12 years children really made me happy. Specially when emphasizing about importance of education. Education a tool which can change the life status and style. These libraries hold huge collection of story books donated by many volunteers. Which made me to think and created a desire to donate good story books to elementary schools nearby my village.
This 65th Independence day, with help of Ambharishpuram village youths(அம்பரிஷ்புரம் நண்பர்கள்) Rajendran, Saravanan, Kirankumar, Gopi, Pondurangan, Suresh Babu, Sugumaran, Janaarthanam, Suresh & Kasi. We have donated two set of books to each school. One set for Ambharishapuram elementary school & another set for Mosur elementary school.(அரசினர் தொடக்கப் பள்ளிகள்). (பஞ்ச தந்திர கதைகள், மாணவர்களுக்கான விஞ்சான கதைகள், மாணவர்களுக்கான இந்திய கதைகள், திருக்குறள் உரை, விவேகனந்தர் மாணவர்களுக்கு அறிவுரை என).
The purpose of posting this event as an article here is to create awareness to many youngsters worldwide to donate good story books to schools located in your area. These books really can help teachers to share good morals and give children an opportunity to imagination and learn good habits. Also try to share stories through interaction with children personally.
